We hire bouncy castles and inflatables seven days a week, all year round including bank holidays.

Can you also supply trained staff to supervise the bouncy castles, slides, assault courses and other inflatables?
Yes, but this has to be arranged in advance; please contact us with details so that we can give you a quote for providing this service. You benefit from our full public liability insurance (including the supervision element) if our staff supervise the equipment for you. We can also provide staff that have been DBS checked.
Do you give a discount if I hire a bouncy castle, slide, assault course or another inflatable together?
Yes, please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to provide you with a competitive quote.
What about the weather?
Most of our bouncy castles have built-in shower covers (not slides or some other inflatables), so even if a light shower is forecast, as soon as it stops raining, give the inflatable a quick dry with a towel and carry on bouncing! We also offer a free of charge cancellation option in the event of bad weather. If it is very wet or windy and you no longer want the inflatable that you have booked, you can cancel the booking by telephoning us by 6:00pm the day before the date of hire and you won’t have to pay a penny! For safety reasons, we cannot allow a hire to proceed if there are high winds or heavy rain on the day of hire.
When do you deliver?
We deliver from 8:00am and during busy summer periods even earlier, and we deliver on a geographical round basis. However, we try to be as flexible as possible so please ask at the time of booking if you need a specific time slot. We do of course give precise times if the hire is booked for an indoor venue, such as in community centres or village halls, or if the hire is for a school fete or public event.
How long can I keep the bouncy castle, slide or inflatable?
We normally deliver in the morning and collect early evening but we try to be as flexible as possible so please ask at the time of booking. If you hire a bouncy castle, slide or inflatable for only a few hours, such as for an indoor event or an after-school activity, the price will be the same because the same amount of work is involved for us. Our normal collection times start from 4:00pm for children’s inflatables and later for adult inflatables but this can vary depending on the time of year. Bouncy castles, slides, assault courses and our other inflatables must be well lit if used in the dark for safety reasons.
Can I hire a bouncy castle, slide or another one of your inflatables overnight?
Most of our bouncy castles, slides and inflatables can be hired overnight for an additional £35 charge and a damage/cleaning deposit which will be refunded providing that the inflatable and equipment is in a satisfactory condition upon collection. This only applies to secure gardens, and you must accept full responsibility for the inflatable and equipment. Collection of the inflatable and equipment would be arranged for the following morning. We also offer discounted next day hire which is ideal for weekends and bank holidays, or during the school holidays.
How late can I leave it to book?
During the summer months we are very busy, particularly at weekends and bank holidays, so you are advised to book early to avoid disappointment. However, we will accept bookings as late as the same day, so it’s always worth a phone call if you do make a last minute decision.
How long do you need to set-up and take down a bouncy castle, slide, assault course or other inflatable?
Approximately 20 minutes, depending on the bouncy castle or inflatable booked and access to the location. Larger inflatables such as assault courses take longer but we always allow time for this.
Can I collect a bouncy castle, slide or other inflatable from you?
No, sorry, but for insurance and safety reasons we must deliver and install the equipment.
What preparation is needed before you arrive?
Our bouncy castles and inflatables are delivered on a sack trolley so we need adequate clear access for this (minimum width of 3ft). Please ensure that paths or access to your garden are free of obstacles. We will need access to an electricity power point within 40 metres (approx. 130 feet), or we can discuss petrol and diesel generators with you. If our delivery staff have to wait while you clear access, prepare the site, or if the access/site is unsuitable, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
What sort of surface do you need for the bouncy castle, slide, assault course or other inflatable?
Bouncy castles, slides and our other inflatables situated outside need to be on a reasonably flat grass area (slight slopes are ok) so that they can be staked down to secure them. We do not allow our bouncy castles or inflatables to be set up outside on artificial grass, gravel, concrete, tarmac or on a patio.
The area needs to be completely free of any sharp stones, objects, dog mess or excessive mud. If our delivery staff have to wait while you clear access, prepare the site, or if the access/site is unsuitable, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
How much room do you need to erect a bouncy castle, slide or other inflatable?
The minimum space required to allow for the inflation tube and air blower at the back together with the necessary safety mats can be found on each individual bouncy castle or inflatable description. We also state the minimum space required in your confirmation paperwork. Any overhanging trees and prickly bushes need to be pruned back before our delivery staff arrive.
Can your bouncy castles, slides, assault courses or your other inflatables be used indoors as well as outdoors?
Yes, we set up bouncy castles, slides and our other inflatables indoors such as in community centres, village halls and all types of indoor venues. We provide sand bags in these situations to secure the units. Please see our indoor venues section for an extensive list of local halls and community centres. How much does it cost in electricity to run a bouncy castle, slide or inflatable?
It doesn’t cost as much as you would think to run a blower and is less than £3 all day.
Can we move the bouncy castle, slide or inflatable?
No, for insurance and safety reasons, once the bouncy castle, slide or inflatable has been delivered and installed and our staff have left, it must not be moved or re-positioned under any circumstances.
Why do I need ID?
Two forms of ID are required, one showing your address (such as a recent utility bill) and another showing your name and signature (such as a driving licence). This is required by our insurers and therefore if you fail to produce valid ID on the day of hire, we will be unable to proceed with the hire.
How safe is it?
